Cotton plays a significant role in our everyday lives and the Australian cotton industry has a rich history. Kununurra is experiencing a resurgence in cotton production, fueled by the development of a new cotton gin and the Ord River Irrigation Scheme.
Join this deep dive into cotton in the Ord Valley, including a tour of the new cotton gin. The tour culminates in a delightful bush morning tea amidst the majestic surroundings of Mirima National Park.
The tour departs from the Kununurra Visitors Centre takes you through the Ord Valley.
